PAGID RS 14 Racing Brake Pad (Shape 8076) E8076R1401
Purpose-built racing pads for serious braking power and consistency. RS 14 (often called Black) is a proven compound used in club racing, GT, touring car and track day setups. It gives strong initial bite, stable pedal feel and excellent fade resistance over long sessions.
Why choose RS 14?
– High, consistent friction for confident stops lap after lap
– Strong initial bite with easy modulation (fine control at the pedal)
– Very good fade resistance at high temperatures
– Low pad wear for endurance use
– Works from relatively low temperatures and comes in quickly
Note: Not recommended for regular road use due to potential noise and dust.

Bedding-in
Follow a proper bed-in procedure to reach full performance. Gradually build heat with several medium stops, allow cooling, then perform a few harder stops. Avoid coming to a complete halt when the brakes are very hot.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
