PAGID RST 3 Racing Brake Pad (Shape 1904) S1904T03001
The PAGID RST 3 is a proven sprint racing compound with a medium friction level. It gives strong, stable braking you can modulate easily. Pedal feel is predictable, with low fade under repeated hard stops.
RST 3 works well on the front or rear axle, depending on vehicle weight and balance. It suits GT and touring cars, single-seaters, and rally use on tarmac or gravel. It is also a solid choice as a rear pad when running a higher-friction front compound.
Track use only. Not recommended for everyday road driving due to noise, dust, and operating temperature.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
